The ACI Convention is set for January 29-February 3, 2018 at the Grande Lakes Orlando in Orlando, Florida.
The Women’s Forum, sponsored by BASF Corporation, takes place on February 1 during ACI Convention Week.
Panelists at the Forum will feature three members of ACI’s Board of Directors, including:
Audra Davies - Vice President, Health, Beauty & Home Product Development, Amway
Linda Rendle - Senior Vice President and General Manager, The Clorox Company
Scott Thomson - Senior Vice President Care Chemicals North America, BASF Corporation
Moderator Jennifer Thorpe-Moscon of the global nonprofit Catalyst will discuss her organization’s report, "Inclusive Leadership: The View from Six Countries."
Framed around understanding and leveraging differences, Catalyst will introduce four key attributes of an inclusive leadership, called the EACH Mindset (Empowerment, Accountability, Courage, Humility), and explore how to implement inclusion every day.
Join this session to learn a powerful way to build inclusive practices that easily translate across gender, level, and region.
"Inclusive leadership is the key to letting your company’s greatest investment – its talent – bring its full skills and perspectives to your work," said Thorpe-Mosco. "It is only then that employees can be free to use those unique perspectives to innovate and put your company at the forefront of your industry."
