This webinar occurs at an exciting point for the Agency generally, and OCSPP in particular, as the Office is responsible for implementing the 2016 amendments to the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) and the requirements for registration review under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), as well as elements of the Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) program.
