Corey Brooks Pace is the Director, Legal Affairs at American Cleaning Institute. He is responsible for managing the Institute’s legal affairs to maintain compliance with federal, state and local laws and works with the ACI's leadership to identify and take the appropriate measures to mitigate legal and related risks in the operations of ACI. He also provides legal counsel on all contract matters, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts with various consultants, vendors, and partners.
Prior to joining the American Cleaning Institute, Mr. Brooks Pace held a variety of legal positions, most recently serving as the Faculty Director for Paralegal Studies at Georgetown University, where he taught Contract and Business Law. Additionally, he worked in white-collar crime defense at Baker McKenzie in Vienna, Austria during the summer between his 2L and 3L years. He also has experience working as a paralegal for at two northern Virginia family law firms.
Mr. Brooks Pace earned his JD and LLM in Taxation from the University of Baltimore School of Law (MD), and his BS in Sociology from Radford University (VA).
